I’ve decided that I’m going to trial sending local orders by post.
At the moment, I spend a large part of my day hand delivering local orders and getting that time back will allow me to focus more on creating new products, making stock, and growing my little business.
It should only add around one day to delivery and if you do need something urgently, just pop me a message and I can still hand deliver it when possible. I’ll also likely continue delivering larger orders, as they can be quite expensive to post.
To help cover a little of the extra postage cost, I’ll be increasing local delivery from 70p to £2. It doesn’t cover the full cost, but it will make a big difference and help make this change sustainable.
