Shipping policy

UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS DELIVERY

Orders placed before 5pm will be posted the next day providing it is not a weekend or bank holiday. Orders placed after 5pm will be sent out the following day providing it is not a weekend or bank holiday. 

Please note this does not include personalised products, as noted in the product description, these have a lead time of a few days. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised products, your order will be posted all together once the personalised products are ready.

Orders may be sent in multiple boxes and if this is the case, you'll receive multiple email confirmations. 

Local Jersey orders are sent via Jersey Post's local delivery service and will incur a shipping fee of £2 no matter the order value.

UK and Guernsey orders are sent via Jersey Post's first class service and will incur a shipping fee of £4.50 no matter the order value.

For the UK, import VAT will be covered by me and paid for at the time of postage.


EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD

Unfortunately Europe and Worldwide shipping may be available in the future but sadly it's not something that I can offer at the moment.
