Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY IN JERSEY

Orders placed before 9am will be delivered on the same day providing it is not a weekend or bank holiday. Orders placed after 9am will be delivered the next day providing it is not a weekend or bank holiday. Any orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be delivered the next working day. 

Please note this does not include personalised products, as noted in the product description, these have a lead time of a few days. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised products, your order will be delivered all together once the personalised products are ready.

If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific day instead, please let me know either by adding a note to your basket or sending me an email at hello@daniledo.co.uk. Please note that I do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

All local deliveries (excluding those just containing vouchers) are subject to a 70p bag fee in order to comply with the Single Use Plastics Etc. (Restrictions) (Jersey) Law 2021. The bag supplied will fall into the 'paper reusable bag' category and will be a minimum of 170gsm.

Unfortunately at this time I am unable to offer a 'reuse your bag' scheme, however it is something I am looking into. For the meantime, if you would like to leave your bags for me to collect when I next deliver to you, then I'm more than happy to do so.


UK & GUERNSEY DELIVERY

UK and Guernsey orders are sent via Jersey Post's first class service and will incur a shipping fee of £4.50 no matter the order value.

Orders placed before 5pm will be sent out the next day providing it is not a weekend or bank holiday. Orders placed after 5pm will be sent out the following day providing it is not a weekend or bank holiday.

Orders may be sent in multiple boxes and if this is the case, you'll receive multiple email confirmations. For the UK, import VAT will be covered by me and paid at the time of postage.


EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD

Unfortunately Europe and Worldwide shipping may be available in the future but sadly it's not something that I can offer at the moment.
